- Convert raw leads into qualified loan applications.
- Number of logged loan applications per month.
- Percentage of dialed leads converted to prospects.
- Average of 100–120 outbound calls daily, Minimum of 3 to 4 hours of total talk time per day.
- Follow-up calls made on time as scheduled.
