Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good command over English, and basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain products and services clearly to generate sales
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain and update customer data in Excel / Google Sheets
• Follow up with leads and close sales effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
• Required Skills & QualificationsGood spoken and written English
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to manage and organize data efficiently
• Prior telesales or customer handling experience is a plus
