About the CompanyFreshco Sanicare India operates in multi-sector government procurement, catering to Urban Development, Tribal Development, and Health Departments. The company deals in chemicals, machinery, open gyms, benches, shades, gantry boards, and related infrastructure products.
Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive (GeM Portal Specialist) to manage end-to-end tendering processes on the GEM portal, MP Tender and other government platforms. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, preparing bids, ensuring compliance, and coordinating internally for successful execution.
- Key Responsibilities Manage and execute tendering activities on the GEM Portal and MP tender
- Identify and track tenders from Urban, Tribal, Health and other Departments
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on bids within deadlines
- Handle documentation, eligibility criteria, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, approvals, and technical inputs
- Monitor tender status, updates, and execution progress
- Maintain records of all tenders and submissions
- Ensure adherence to government procurement policies and procedures
- Required Skills & QualificationsHands-on experience with GeM Portal operations
- Proficiency in Hindi & English typing
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets
- Good understanding of tender documentation and processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Preferred SkillsExperience in procurement or government tendering
- Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW designing
- Familiarity with government departments and bidding systems
Experience Required2–3 Years in tendering, procurement, or a related field
- Key CompetenciesAnalytical and problem-solving skills
- Time management and deadline adherence
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
