Job Description – Waiter / Steward (F&B Service Associate)Position: Waiter / Steward
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend guests in a polite and professional manner
- Take and serve food & beverage orders efficiently
- Ensure timely service and maintain guest satisfaction
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area
- Handle basic guest queries and complaints
- Assist in setting up tables and service stations
- Clean utensils, crockery, and maintain hygiene standards
- Support kitchen and service team during rush hours
- Ensure proper handling of equipment and avoid breakage
- Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of F&B service and cleanliness standards
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
- Team player with positive attitude
- Experience preferred but freshers can apply
