Job Description

Job Role- Delivery Assistant

Location - Pune Bangalore Highway, Kelawade, Tal: Bhor, Dist


Key Responsibilities


Check quality of at least 10% of incoming crates

Ensure proper receiving and stock documentation

Do quality check before dispatch

Make sure orders are dispatched on time

Track delivery associate (DA) reporting and daily operations

Maintain proper temperature during storage and dispatch

Monitor damages, returns, and credit note (CN) process

Do daily random checks of 5 pallets

Track old/slow-moving stock

Ensure all crates are tracked and returned properly

Monitor fill rate and report issues

Coordinate with partners, factory, supply chain, and sales team

Ensure quick unloading of vehicles

Follow SOPs (proper stacking, temperature rules)

Visit partner warehouses regularly

Ensure proper POD (Proof of Delivery) documentation
