Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by acquiring new B2B clients, generating leads, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and business planning skills with a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular activity reports.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
