Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Interior & Exterior Project Work:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in the interior and exterior home solutions industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building strong client relationships, identifying new markets, and driving sales growth for residential and commercial interior and exterior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for interior and exterior home solution services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, contractors, and channel partners.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
- Coordinate with the design, project, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to expand business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business forecasts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the interior design, exterior solutions, construction, or home improvement industry.
- Strong understanding of interior and exterior home solution products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in residential and commercial interior/exterior projects.
- Strong network with architects, builders, contractors, and real estate professionals.
- Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Experience Required:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Interior & Exterior Home Project.
- Need a sales person who can do daily visit and create a strong data base of real Estate clients.
