Job Opening – Call Center / BPO ExecutiveLocation: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Position: Call Center / BPO Executive

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Up to ₹5,000 Performance Incentives

  • Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Explain company products and services to customers.
  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up with clients.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer support.
  • Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
  • Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO, Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge is required.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
  • Freshers are not allowed. Experienced candidates only.
