Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, and bathroom routines. Mobility Support: Help clients move safely around the home, transfer from beds or wheelchairs, and use mobility aids. Meal Preparation: Cook nutritious meals based on dietary needs and assist with feeding if required. Medication Reminders: Provide timely reminders or assist with medication administration according to the care plan. Light Housekeeping: Keep the living space clean by doing laundry, washing dishes, and changing bed linens. Companionship & Monitoring: Provide friendly social interaction and report any changes in physical or mental health to supervisors or family. Qualifications and Skills Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Certifications: Valid First Aid and CPR certification; relevant caregiving training or Nursing Aide certificate preferred. Soft Skills: Compassionate, patient, reliable, and strong communication skills. Requirements: Ability to pass a background check and physical stamina to assist with lifting or moving clients.
