Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Web Developer who can independently design, develop, and deploy modern web applications. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling complete project development-from understanding requirements to deployment and maintenance-with minimal supervision.
This is a remote work-from-home opportunity, making it ideal for self-motivated developers who are disciplined, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in PHP and Laravel Framework
- Good knowledge of MySQL database design and optimization
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap
- Experience with React.js
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party API integrations
- Experience with Git/GitHub version control
- Basic understanding of Linux servers and deployment processes
AI-First Development

Candidates should:
- Be comfortable using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding assistants.
- Have an active subscription to their preferred AI development tool(s). The subscription cost is to be borne by the candidate.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop scalable web applications using Laravel and React.js.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Design and optimize MySQL databases.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications.
- Deploy applications to production servers.
- Maintain code quality and documentation.
- Collaborate remotely with the team while meeting project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Can independently develop a project from scratch to production deployment.
- Have experience working on live commercial projects.
- Require minimal supervision and can make technical decisions independently.
- Have experience deploying applications on cloud/VPS servers.
- Are proactive problem solvers with excellent debugging skills.
- Can quickly understand business requirements and convert them into working software.
