Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing overall operations of multiple stores, driving sales, managing Store

Managers and teams, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee store operations.

Drive sales and business growth.

Lead and develop teams.

Manage inventory and merchandising.

Ensure excellent customer service.

Monitor profitability and expenses.

Coordinate with vendors.

Prepare MIS reports and ensure SOP compliance.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce or related field.

MBA preferred.

Experience

5–8 years in retail operations with 2–3 years in a managerial or multi-store leadership role.

Skills

Leadership, retail operations, sales management, inventory control, financial acumen,

communication, problem solving, Excel and POS knowledge.

KPIs

Sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, employee productivity, audit

scores and MIS reporting.

Working Hours

11:00 AM – 9:00 PM with 1 Hour Break.

Salary

Negotiable based on experience and interview performance.
