📢 Hiring: Marketing Executive (Field – B2B & B2G | Solar)
📍 Location: Across Odisha
🏢 Company: Joy Solar Pvt. Ltd.
🔹 Job Role
- Field-based role for lead generation & business development
- Work with government departments & solar vendors
- Build relationships with EE, AE, JE, BDO & dealers
- Visit blocks & offices regularly for project follow-ups
🔹 Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sales / Field Work / Solar / Energy
- Graduate (Any Stream)
- Odia Mandatory (Hindi & English preferred)
- Must be ready for field travel across Odisha
🔹 Requirements (Important)
- Two-wheeler compulsory
- Smartphone required
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Comfortable with government office visits
🔹 Salary & Benefits💰
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience)
