Job Description
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a field-based role that requires frequent client visits and active networking.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales/relationship targets.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Submit daily/weekly reports to the management team.
Requirements:
- Male candidates only
- Must have a bike with valid driving licence
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Marketing/Sales).
- 6 Months - 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork.
