Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to expand our market presence and strengthen our distribution network. The candidate will be responsible for daily field visits, onboarding new distributors, and building strong relationships with retailers.
- Key Responsibilities:Visit 15–20 retail shops daily to promote company products
- Identify and onboard new distributors (minimum 1 onboarding per day)
- Maintain strong relationships with shop owners and distributors
- Ensure product visibility and availability in assigned areas
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment
- Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Prior experience in FMCG/Dairy sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in the field and travel locally
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
