Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for calling leads, explaining company services, generating customer interest, and scheduling meetings/site visits.
Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Call potential customers from company-provided leads
- Explain company services professionally
- Generate customer interest and follow up regularly
- Maintain customer database and daily reports
- Schedule meetings and property/site visits
- Handle customer queries politely
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures
- Build strong customer relationships

- Good communication skills in Hindi, English & Odia
- Telecalling / Telesales knowledge
- Customer handling ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- CRM & Excel knowledge preferred
- Positive attitude and confidence
