Tender Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage and coordinate the end-to-end tendering process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tender opportunities, preparing competitive bids, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time in compliance with customer and legal requirements.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities from government portals, private clients, and other sources.
• Analyze tender documents and assess technical and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Technical, Legal, Finance) to gather required documentation and inputs.
• Prepare and compile tender submissions, including pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), requests for proposals (RFPs), and pricing documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders and track post-submission activities such as clarifications, revisions, and results.
• Maintain an organized repository of submitted tenders and related documentation.
• Review contract terms and ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Assist in negotiating tender terms and follow up on awarded contracts.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, client requirements, and competitor strategies.
