Job Summary

Labonya Retreat Café is looking for a customer-focused and energetic Servant Personnel/waiter to provide an exceptional dining experience to guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction while upholding the café's service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating and menu selection.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
• Ensure guests receive courteous, professional, and personalized service throughout their visit.
• Address guest queries, requests, and complaints politely, escalating issues to the manager when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, tables, service stations, and café premises.
• Set up and clear tables before and after guest service.
• Assist in billing, cash handling, and POS operations when assigned.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor stock levels of service items and inform the supervisor of shortages.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.
• Support café operations during peak hours, special events, and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary); Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
