Job Description
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update daily accounting records for the construction site.
Use Tally for bookkeeping, ledger management, and financial reporting.
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
Generate regular financial reports and summaries.
Handle payroll for site workers and staff.
Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to track expenses and project costs.
Use MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) for data entry, report creation, and correspondence.
