Job Description

Key Duties and Functions

Tally


Bookkeeping: Recording daily business transactions, sales, and purchases.

Financial Reporting: Creating balance sheets, cash flow statements, and income statements.

Tax Compliance: Calculating and filing local and national tax returns.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Helping management plan future operations and spending goals.

Auditing: Checking financial records for errors, fraud, and legal compliance.

Payroll Management: Overseeing accurate and timely salary and wage distributions.

Account Reconciliation: Matching ledger entries with bank statements to fix discrepancies.

Cost Analysis: Tracking the costs of production, labor, and materials to improve efficiency.

Financial Advisory: Giving strategic advice to business leaders to maximize profits.

Internal Controls: Designing and monitoring procedures to protect company assets and data
