Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and oversee CC (Customer Credit/Loan Processing) documentation and coordination. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance, coordinating with banks and customers, and supporting smooth loan processing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
Prepare and record vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
Maintain records of expenses and vendor payments.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Support GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities as required.
CC Processing Responsibilities:
Collect and verify customer documents required for loan/credit processing.
Coordinate with customers for pending documentation and compliance requirements.
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and channel partners for loan approvals.
Track and monitor loan application status until disbursement.
Maintain accurate records of all loan applications and customer files.
Ensure timely submission of documents and follow-up with concerned stakeholders.
Update management regarding loan processing status and approvals.
Resolve documentation discrepancies and customer queries related to loan processing.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
MBA Finance or relevant certification will be an added advantage.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Banking, Loan Processing, or related fields.
Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP/Tally Prime, and accounting software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation management.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of home loan, mortgage loan, or credit processing will be an added advantage.

Accuracy of accounting records.
Timely completion of financial transactions.
Error-free documentation and filing.
Successful and timely loan processing.
Compliance with statutory requirements.
Customer and stakeholder satisfaction.

As per company standards and candidate experience.
