Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating generative AI models into solutions, ensuring that applications are production-ready and scalable. Daily activities may include developing pipelines for deployment either on cloud platforms or on-premises, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities, and exploring innovative approaches such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing to meet project goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in AI and machine learning workflows.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and deploying AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI model integration and application development.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and maintain production-quality AI pipelines and systems.
- Experience with chatbot development and image processing techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
