Architect

We are looking for creative and dedicated Architects to join our team. Freshers who are eager to learn and experienced candidates who can handle projects independently are both welcome. The role includes design development, drawing preparation, site coordination, and project support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and details
• Work on concept design, working drawings, and 3D views
• Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software
• Assist or handle projects from design to execution (as per experience)
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors
• Visit sites to check progress and resolve design issues
• Make drawing revisions and updates as required
• Follow building rules, standards, and office procedures
• For senior candidates: manage projects and guide junior staff

Qualifications:

• B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, or similar
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and materials
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn (for freshers)
• Ability to handle responsibility and deadlines (for experienced)
