Job Description

  • Data Management: Accurate entry, maintenance, and updating of company records and databases.
  • Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Office tools, specifically Excel.
  • Administrative Support: Handling documentation, filing systems, emails, and internal communication.
  • Operations Coordination: Assisting departments with backend support, including invoicing, billing, and inventory monitoring.
  • Process Improvement: Monitoring system performance, identifying discrepancies, and implementing efficiency improvements
