Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, handling documentation, coordinating with departments, data entry, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain office files, records, and documentation
Perform data entry and update databases regularly
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and MIS reports
Handle emails, calls, and internal communication
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
Manage invoices, bills, and office documents
Support HR, Accounts, Sales, or Admin teams as required
Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of records
Monitor office supplies and inventory
Assist in day-to-day office operations
Required Skills
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
MS Excel, MS Word, and Email handling
Good typing speed
Time management and multitasking ability
Attention to detail
Teamwork and coordination skills
Educational Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
Diploma or computer certification preferred
Experience
Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply
Experience in office administration or back office work is an advantage
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Depending on experience)
