Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. 👥 Team Recruitment & Development
Hire and onboard new insurance advisors
Train them on products, sales techniques, and compliance
Motivate and guide team to improve performance
2. 🎯 Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Drive business through team members
Monitor individual and team performance
3. 🤝 Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with clients and advisors
Help advisors close high-value deals
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
4. 📊 Performance Monitoring
Track KPIs like premium collection, policy count, persistency
Conduct regular team meetings and reviews
Provide feedback and coaching
5. 📚 Training & Coaching
Conduct field training and joint calls
Support team in lead generation and conversions
Improve product knowledge and selling skills
