Job Description
Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for walk-in clients, greeting them, assessing their financial needs, and providing personalized solutions. [1, 2]
Sales & Cross-Selling: Actively promote bank products (CASA, fixed deposits, insurance, and investment portfolios) to meet monthly business targets. [1, 2, 3]
Portfolio Management: Nurture and manage relationships with an assigned portfolio of existing customers to minimize attrition and generate referrals. [1, 2]
Transaction Processing: Assist customers with routine operations, such as account openings, KYC documentation, and cash handling. [1, 2]
Compliance & Audits: Strictly adhere to banking regulations, legislative guidelines, and internal compliance/audit protocols. [1, 2]
Digital Adoption: Educate clients on how to utilize digital banking platforms, mobile apps, and self-service
