Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. The role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements and shaping effective business solutions. Throughout the day, the Business Architect translates organizational needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports transformation efforts by preparing business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business solutions align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to promote understanding and effective implementation.
- Assist in monitoring project progress and provide insights to optimize outcomes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to guide and influence cross-functional teams during transformation initiatives.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
