Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and support company sales growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, coordinating with clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure timely communication with existing and new customers.
- Maintain long-term business relationships for repeat business.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with technical, accounts, and operations teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Update CRM/sales pipeline records regularly.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing activities.
- Basic understanding of tendering and government procurement process.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
