Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for sales and business expansion.

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align strategies
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (freshers can apply for entry-level roles)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
