Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for sales and business expansion.
- Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align strategies
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (freshers can apply for entry-level roles)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
