Job Description
Steepcode Software is building a fast-growing SaaS distribution network across India. We are looking for highly ambitious, target-obsessed sales leaders who want to build a territory like their own business.
This is not a traditional sales job.
This role is for professionals who can build distribution channels, lead aggressive field sales teams, and generate recurring SaaS subscription revenue at scale.
If you are comfortable with ownership, pressure, and performance-driven rewards, this role can create exceptional income and career growth.
The Business Development Manager will build and dominate a territory by:
• Appointing distributors
• Building and managing a field sales team
• Driving daily software demonstrations
• Converting prospects into recurring SaaS subscriptions
You will operate as the mini-CEO of your territory’s revenue.
