Job Description

  • Oversee the daily operations of the cafe.
  • Employ and train new baristas and wait staff.
  • Employees should receive training on making drinks and using coffee makers correctly.
  • As needed, place orders for supplies (such as takeout cups, coffee, milk, and other ingredients) and coordinate with vendors.
  • Ensure that your daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and cost records are kept up to date.
  • Depending on the season and the tastes of the patrons, add new menu items (vegan coffee drinks, for example).
  • Provide employees with guidance on how to handle client concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Make sure every café area is spotless.
  • Develop cordial connections with clients in order to foster loyalty and improve our standing.
