Qualification 

·       GNM

·       B.Sc. Nursing

·       B Pharm

·       BAMS

·       BHMS

·       B. Sc Physiotherapy

·       B. Sc Allied Health Science

      Experience 

·       2 years of experience in customer support, healthcare coordination, call centre operations, or patient support are encouraged to apply.

Essential Requirements 

·       Excellent communication skills in Odia. & working knowledge of Hindi and basic English.

·       Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet).

·       Ability to use CRM/software applications for data entry and call logging.

·       Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities 

Selected candidates will be appointed on 11 months Fixed Term Employment contract and are responsible for:

·       Conducting follow-up calls with beneficiaries after completion of health screening.

·       Providing basic health-related guidance and addressing beneficiary queries as per approved protocols.

·       Maintaining accurate digital records of all beneficiary interactions, follow-ups, and referrals.

·       Tracking high-risk cases and ensuring timely follow-up until referral completion.

·       Coordinating with field teams, supervisors, and healthcare facilities to ensure continuity of care.

·       Escalating critical cases to the designated medical team or program management unit for immediate action.

·       Preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly call reports.

·       Ensuring confidentiality and privacy of beneficiary information in accordance with applicable laws.

·       Maintaining professional communication with beneficiaries and other stakeholders at all times.

Salary Range and Location

15,000- 18,000 (Sundargarh Location)
