Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Debt Recovery Executive to handle customer collections and overdue payment recovery. The candidate should have good communication skills, negotiation ability, and experience in handling collection or recovery processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Contact customers through calls and follow up on pending payments.

Explain overdue amounts and repayment options to customers.

Maintain customer payment records and update collection status regularly.

Handle customer queries related to dues and settlements.

Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution.

Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.

Build positive relationships with customers while recovering payments.

Required Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to work under pressure.

Eligibility

Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.

Experience in collections, recovery, telecalling, or customer service preferred.

Languages known: Hindi + Regional language preferred.

Two Wheeler / Personal Loan Recovery
