Job Title: Collection Executive

Job Summary: As a Collection Executive, you will be responsible for managing and collecting overdue payments from clients, ensuring timely receipt of outstanding balances, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Your role is crucial in upholding the company's financial health by minimizing bad debts and optimizing cash flow. Also you will be doing collection from Prospective customers .

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Contact: Reach out to clients via phone, email, or mail to remind them of outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans.

• Payment Negotiation: Develop and propose feasible payment solutions that align with both the client's financial condition.
• Record Maintenance: Accurately document all collection activities, including communications, agreements, and payment statuses, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Compliance Adherence: Ensure all collection practices comply with relevant legal regulations and company policies, maintaining ethical standards in all interactions.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities, outstanding accounts, and progress towards targets to the finance department.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in collection or a similar role within the financial services industry.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with collection management software.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
