Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet walk-in customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide expert product recommendations within their budget.
- Sales & Promotion: Demonstrate product features, cross-sell related items, and inform shoppers about ongoing discounts and special offers.
- Billing & Transactions: Process payments via cash, cards, or digital wallets, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, report low-stock or near-expiry items to management, and assist with unpacking deliveries.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales counter, display cases, and surrounding floor area are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, process returns, and handle inquiries politely and efficiently.
