Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing SAP modules related to customer financial management.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of SAP applications to enhance user experience.
