Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency within the team, while also maintaining a focus on user experience and satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: - Experienced Databricks developer and architect with strong PySpark skills
- Knowledge of the Medallion architecture and ability to create pyspark based ETL templates for data movement across the bronze, silver and gold layers
- Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
- Experience building and optimizing 'big data' data pipelines, architectures and data sets.
- Strong Understanding of the Azure cloud platform
- Strong in Data modeling
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture.
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with application development frameworks and methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
