As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific phases within the product lifecycle. The role requires applying a broad understanding of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. This position demands adaptability and a proactive approach to ensure that software solutions align with project goals and client requirements, fostering continuous improvement and innovation throughout the development cycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and system configurations to support knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Experience with system integration and troubleshooting within complex software environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize software performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with database management and data flow within enterprise applications.
- Skilled in using development tools and methodologies to enhance software quality and delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
