Role - Operations & Growth Associate (Female)
Designation - Customer relations officer
We are looking for a versatile and proactive Operations & Growth driver to join our team. This role is ideal for a high-energy individual who excels at multitasking, from managing digital presence to coordinating on-ground logistics. You will be a key player in driving our sales, managing our online image, and ensuring service delivery is seamless.
Key Responsibilities
Telesales & Calling: Handle inbound inquiries and perform outbound calls to potential leads. You will be responsible for explaining our services, following up on leads, and converting them into customers.
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage daily postings across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to keep our audience engaged and grow our brand presence.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records using MS Excel and create professional presentations/proposals using MS PPT for internal meetings or client pitches.
Vendor Coordination:Act as the primary point of contact for our service vendors. You will negotiate, schedule, and ensure they meet our quality standards for every booking.
Field Assignment Management:Take charge of "driving" assignments from the office—this involves dispatching teams, tracking real-time progress, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during service execution.
### Required Skills & Qualifications
* Gender: Female (as per specific business requirement).
*Experience: Proven experience in *Telesales*or a customer-facing calling role.
*Technical Proficiency: Strong command over MS Excel(data entry, basic formulas) and PowerPoint(deck creation).
Digital Savvy: Hands-on experience with social media tools and content posting.
*Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Insert Language, e.g., English/Hindi].
*Multitasking: Ability to handle the "heat" of a fast-paced office environment and manage multiple vendors simultaneously.
