Key Responsibilities:

1. Graduation in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English.
3. Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
4. Ability to handle pressure and multi-task efficiently.
5. Prior experience in customer service or telecalling will be a plus.
