Job Description

Job SummaryThe CSC Operator is responsible for providing various Government-to-Citizen (G2C), Business-to-Citizen (B2C), and financial services through the Common Services Centre. The role involves assisting customers, processing online applications, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient delivery of digital services.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Government services such as Aadhaar-related assistance, PAN card applications, voter ID services, passport services, birth and death certificate applications, and other e-Governance services.
  • Process online applications and upload documents accurately.
  • Offer banking and financial services, including AEPS transactions, cash deposits/withdrawals, money transfers, insurance, and pension-related services.
  • Assist customers with utility bill payments, mobile/DTH recharges, and other digital payment services.
  • Maintain daily transaction records and prepare reports.
  • Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with government guidelines.
  • Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer support.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
  • Ensure smooth operation of computers, printers, biometric devices, and internet connectivity.
  • Promote CSC services and digital literacy among citizens.
