Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computer systems or databases from various sources (documents, forms, etc.)
- Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies
- Update existing data and maintain records
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Generate reports or summaries as required
- Organize and store paperwork after entering data
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Required Skills:
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Basic knowledge of computer applications (especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word)
- Attention to detail
