Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive, polished, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and nurture strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be the face of Auraa Designs for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from the first interaction through project completion and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer interactions across phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person meetings.
• Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Schedule client consultations, fittings, and follow-up meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and maintain customer documentation.
• Track orders and provide regular progress updates to clients.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain an updated CRM database with customer records and communication history.
• Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
• Generate repeat business through relationship building, referrals, and after-sales support.
• Assist in client onboarding, hospitality, and event coordination when required.
• Support sales initiatives and help achieve monthly revenue targets.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Odia is an added advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and excellent client etiquette.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of premium customer service standards.
• Knowledge of sales processes and customer lifecycle management.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value clients simultaneously.
• Social media and digital communication skills are a plus.
