Job Summary:

The Senior Driver will be responsible for safely driving company vehicles, including vehicles assigned to founders and senior management. The role requires high

professionalism, confidentiality, and extensive driving experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company vehicles, including founders’ and senior management vehicles.

• Ensure timely pickup and drop for founders, executives, and official assignments.

• Be available as per the schedule and on-call requirements of founders.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding travel and personal matters.

• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper upkeep of all assigned vehicles.

• Conduct regular vehicle checks (fuel, oil, brakes, tyres, etc.).

• Maintain and update all vehicle documents (RC, insurance, PUC, etc.).

• Keep accurate records of travel logs, mileage, and fuel consumption.

• Follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines.

• Coordinate for servicing and repairs when required.

• Assist with any official errands as assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid driving license (LMV/HMV as applicable).

• Minimum 05–10 years of professional driving experience.

• Prior experience driving for senior management or founders is preferred.

• Excellent knowledge of local routes and highway driving.

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Flexible to work extended hours and on weekends, if required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in corporate or high-profile environments.

• Basic communication skills.

• Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems.

• Basic vehicle troubleshooting knowledge.
