Positions Consolidated: Head E&I, Incharge HZ E&I, Incharge CZ E&I, Robotics Incharge + Shift Incharges HZ, CZ, Robotics
Total Manpower: 10 persons
About the Role:
Lead the electrical and instrumentation operations of our state-of-the-art foundry, managing power systems, control instrumentation, and advanced robotics automation. Ideal for engineering professionals seeking roles from operational execution to strategic leadership.
Key Positions Within This Opening:
- Head E&I (1 position) – 8-10 years experience
- Incharge HZ E&I / Incharge CZ E&I / Robotics Incharge (3 positions) – 10 years experience
- Shift Incharge HZ E&I / CZ E&I / Robotics (6 positions) – 2-5 years experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage electrical systems, power distribution, and control circuits
- Oversee instrumentation calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Operate and maintain robotics systems and automation equipment
- Perform electrical safety audits and ensure compliance with standards
- Supervise electricians and technicians; manage shift operations
- Diagnose and resolve electrical/instrumentation failures
- Maintain system documentation and keep logs updated
- Coordinate with Production and Mechanical teams for integrated operations
Required Qualifications:
Education: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (EEE) or Electronics
Experience:
- Shift Incharge: 2-5 years in E&I operations
- Senior roles: 8-10 years in foundry/industrial electrical operations
- Skills: PLC programming, electrical troubleshooting, instrumentation knowledge, SCADA systems
- Certifications: Electrical safety certification preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- SIEMENS / ALLEN BRADLEY PLC knowledge
- SCADA/DCS system experience
- Exposure to Tata Metalliks, Jindal Saw, Electrosteel Castings, or Welspun operations
- Industry automation background (DIP preference)
