Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Site Management & Supervision: Monitor daily construction activities, including civil, mechanical, and electrical work for rooftop and ground-mounted systems.
- Technical Implementation: Oversee installation of solar panels, inverters, and BOS (Balance of System) components according to design drawings.
- Quality & Safety Control: Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines, conduct safety briefings, and ensure quality control during testing.
- Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with contractors, clients, and local authorities, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Testing & Commissioning: Conduct essential performance tests and grid integration checks for net-metering
