Job Description

  • Client ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients from onboarding to event execution
  • Understand client requirements, preferences, and expectations in detail
  • Present concepts, themes, budgets, and execution plans to clients
  • Maintain strong relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
  • Event Planning & Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) for execution
  • Assist in planning weddings, corporate events, and social functions
  • Prepare event timelines, checklists, and execution plans
  • Ensure smooth communication between client and execution teams
  • Vendor & On-ground Coordination
  • Coordinate with vendors (decor, catering, entertainment, etc.)
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timelines are met
  • Be present on-site during events to handle client queries and ensure flawless execution
  • Ensure all client approvals and documentation are maintained
