We are hiring energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives (FSE) and Senior FSEs across Odisha. This is a field-based role focused on customer acquisition, sales growth, and relationship management. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new leads within assigned territories

Conduct field visits to acquire and engage customers

Promote and sell company products/services

Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Submit regular sales reports and market insights

Ensure compliance with company processes and documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 18 to 40 years

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or above

Gender: Male candidates preferred

Experience:

FSE: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Senior FSE: Minimum 6 months of field sales experience required

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

Willingness to travel locally for field work

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand)
