Job Description

Field Sales Executive | Role Summary


* Acquire new merchants (shops, showrooms, restaurants, etc.)

* Pitch & sell POS machines (QR, POS Swipe)

* Demonstrate product and close deals

* Complete KYC & onboarding

* Install/activate devices

* Handle merchant issues & maintain relationships

* Achieve sales & transaction targets in assigned area


Key Skills: Communication, sales mindset, basic digital payments knowledge

KPIs: POS sales, active merchants, transaction volume
