Job Description
Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors, clients, and candidates to the appropriate person or department.
Call Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Front Desk Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Mail & Couriers: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
Administrative Support: Assist with basic clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scheduling appointments or meeting rooms.
Security Coordination: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitoring logbooks, issuing visitor badges).
